Kevin Holley founded KLH Systems Inc in 2010.  Mr. Holley has over 30 years of experience in program management, systems engineering, software development, and hardware engineering.  Mr. Holley provides customer focused project leadership in complex technology integration projects.  Mr. Holley has successfully delivered numerous customer/project solutions in line with the customer needs and meeting all customer quality and acceptance criteria.  These solutions included custom applications (including web-based applications), project documentation (design, requirements, security, and business case documents), turn-key systems, and technology/architecture plans. 

 

Mr. Holley has more than 25 years of experience in the analysis, design, and development of system life cycle documentation. He is experienced with enterprise application development using various methodologies most recently focusing on Agile development.

 

Our team brings a range of expertise to our engagements.  Areas of technical expertise include Java, .NET, Visual C/C++ including MFC, PERL, Oracle, Visual Basic, Dynamic HTML, XML and XSL.   Areas of conceptual expertise include System and OO Architecture, Web Architecture, Graphical User Interface design, Relational Database Modeling and Management, and TCP/IP.
